Infor Names Stephan Scholl President


Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, Wednesday, April 25, 2012 -- (Business Wire India) -- Infor, a leading provider of business application software serving more than 70,000 customers, today announced Stephan Scholl has been named President of the company, reporting to CEO Charles Phillips . Prior to being named President, Scholl served as CEO of Lawson Software, which was an affiliate of Infor until the two companies officially combined as one on April 5, 2012. In his role as President, Scholl will lead Infor's global sales, consulting, alliances and channels, and telesales organizations, as well as serving as executive sponsor for large accounts.

Scholl joined Infor as executive vice president, global field operations in December, 2010 before he transitioned to lead Lawson. Prior to Infor, Scholl was general manager of the Utilities Global Business unit at Oracle Corporation, where he helped establish Oracle Utilities as a market leader and played a significant role in directing the company's green strategy. From 2006 to 2009, Scholl ran Oracle's North America Consulting Group.
