Tejesh will oversee all strategic and operational aspects of the Spectacle Industries. Under his leadership, Southern Online Biotechnologies (SBTL) where he is a Founder Director received Entrepreneurial Award for the year 2007 from Frost & Sullivan for its proactive efforts in manufacturing high quality Biodiesel and become the first domestic Biodiesel production unit in India. SBTL also received Innovative Network Award from Bharti Airtel Ltd for its unique network architecture in the area of Internet Services.

Tejesh also founded two successful start-ups in United States of America, where he helped architect and execute the company's growth plans that led these companies turn 0-18 million dollar enterprises in short span and acquire fortune 500 clients as its customers.

Tejesh received Glory of India Award by His Excellency Shri Bhagwant S Bishnei, Deputy Chief Indian Embassy (Thailand) at the International conference on "Celebrating the Global Indian.
