Citi India Gifts Children a Unique DLF IPL Experience
Hosts Pratham Learning Centre Children to a VVIP Viewing Treat
Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, Tuesday, April 13, 2010 -- (Business Wire India) -- As part of its Citizenship program, Citi India, an official partner of the DLF IPL, hosted over 30 children in the age group of 8-14 years as its special guests at the April 12th match between Deccan Chargers and Royal Challengers Bangalore in Nagpur. These children, all of whom are from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds, attend Pratham Learning Centers and were accompanied by NGO functionaries and teachers. Pratham is a longstanding community partner of Citi India. Pratham programmes supported by Citi Foundation have till date positively impacted over 300,000 children across the states of Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh,Delhi and Rajasthan.
Speaking on the occasion, N.
