Sobha Limited, the leading premium real estate developer, has bagged top ranks in Track2Realty’s ‘Brand X Report- 2014-15’. The recognitions won by the company include: Top National Realty Brand across Asset class in India; Top Realty Brand in South India across Asset class and Top Residential Developer in India. SOBHA has also been ranked as the Top Real Estate Company in Public Perception across India in different parameters such as financial stability, execution capability, timely delivery, aspirational value, user experience, appreciation potential, transport deals, recall value, media perception and consumer connect.
The findings have been a result of an in-depth independent brand survey conducted recently by Track2realty in 20 different cities across India.

The methodology followed in this research comprised of one-on-one interviews with a large sample size of 10,000 respondents across 20 cities in India. The total sample size consisted of 65 percent males and 35 percent females as a representative set. The results have been based on a set of 21 questions from the respondents, many of whom were first and second time home buyers. The answers were grouped into seven key factors of market exposure, home buying process, trust quotient of the sector, brand connect and communication, expectations and suggestions, consumer touch points & pain points and media perception.
Through a stringent set of processes replete with qualitative and quantitative techniques and screening, a group of eminent jury members have selected the top performers in the sector. While the qualitative aspect was taken care by the jury, the quantitative aspect was fulfilled by the public at large.
