However, following the Company’s announcement on April 27, 2015 of its proposed merger with Capgemini, IGATE has elected not to conduct an earnings conference call to discuss the quarterly results. The call was previously scheduled for May 5, 2015 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
