The CarWale group, comprising CarWale and BikeWale registered 17.8 million visits in March 2015 – a massive 71% YoY increase, reinforcing the company’s position as the number 1 automotive portal in India. Of the 17.8 million, CarWale clocked 14.5 million visits while BikeWale registered 3.3 million visits.
Despite the competition in the automotive space heating up, CarWale saw a 31% YoY growth to maintain its position as the market leader, attracting over 5 million users in the said duration. Its two-wheeler counterpart BikeWale registered a phenomenal 100% YoY growth and catered to 2.29 million users in March 2015. March’s record figures were driven by CarWale’s mass media campaign during the cricket season.
