Both the companies are SAP Solution Providers.
Kamptos is based out of Hyderabad, and focuses on Life Sciences, Healthcare, Food Processing, Higher Education, Disaster Management and Steel Manufacturing Industry Vertical Solutions. Kamptos Technologies was started in 2012 by Mr. Ramesh Kodali, who was instrumental in making erstwhile OBT Global as one of the leading SAP Partners in India, Middle East and North America.
Adroit based out of Pune, is focusing on providing SAP Solutions for Discrete Manufacturing, Automotive Components, Tools Manufacturing segments of the Industry. Adroit is one of the leading Service Partners of SAP India and has a rich experience of nearly a decade of operating in India and Middle East.
Some of the key customers of the acquired company are, Mercedes Benz, Essel Propack, Baramati Agro, ASK Chemicals, Hyderabad Chemicals and BEEAH etc.
Besides offering industry vertical solutions, both companies have rich experience in supporting existing SAP customers and plans are underway to create a major SAP support center for existing customers across India, ME and North America.
The Managing Director Mr. Sudhakiran Reddy, an chartered accountant by profession who has hands on experience of over two decades has announced these acquisitions and stated that they are looking to expand the portfolio of offerings by Global Mergers and Acquisitions in the IT / ITES Domain along with organic growth which is synergistic to their strategic expansion plans. The company has taken on board Senior Industry professionals to manage their rapid expansion plans.
The company today has nearly 200 people and has offices in Hyderabad, Pune, and Mumbai with sales force in New Delhi and Dubai as well.
