M*Modal, a leading provider of clinical documentation services and Speech Understanding™ solutions, today announced it has expanded its medical transcription operations with the commissioning of a new 150-seat facility in Hyderabad. Located at the Moosarambagh area in Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad, this 6,000-sq.-ft. modern facility will house M*Modal’s 24/7 transcription workforce along with an advanced training center. The facility was inaugurated by Mr. B.S. Sarma, Vice President, Operations, India West.
The Dilsukhnagar facility expands M*Modal’s presence in Hyderabad. The healthcare IT company has its largest delivery center in Begumpet along with facilities in Kukatpally and Secunderabad, as well as satellite centers in Vijayawada and Vizag. M*Modal has over 1,300 transcription services employees across all Hyderabad locations.
The new Dilsukhnagar facility will increase the strength of M*Modal India’s service delivery capabilities by recruiting new and experienced medical editors and transcriptionists. The Dilsukhnagar facility will initially house 100 clinical documentation professionals and M*Modal expects to hire an additional 150 employees for the facility by the end of 2015.
Speaking at the inaugural ceremony, Mr. B.S. Sarma, said, “I am happy to announce the launch of our fourth center in Hyderabad.
