The Krackerjack Karnival, India’s largest event dedicated to kids and families, is back in the Capital. In keeping with the theme of the event – Shop. Play. Learn. – the Krackerjack Karnival will bring you two days of non-stop excitement. The fourth edition of this family fiesta will be held on the 13-14th of December 2014, at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium (JLN), New Delhi.
The Krackerjack Karnival has amassed tremendous brand recall, and has a huge fan following – as evidenced by footfalls in excess of 25,000 for each of the previous editions.
Past editions have been held at the Ashok Hotel, New Delhi, and Epicentre, Gurgaon. The phenomenal response received has given us the confidence to further grow and widen our scope for the event. And so we are elated to host the winter edition at the iconic Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi, which is slated to see 150 exhibitors and over 30,000 visitors – with the addition of several new and exciting offerings.
The event acts as a focal point for all businesses, manufacturers and distributors of children’s products & services, and will be further enlarged to accommodate brands catering to mothers and parents-to-be.
In keeping with its commitment to create a highly engaging and entertaining ambiance for the complete family, the extravaganza will include interactive workshops and activities; thrilling rides and games; adventure sports like rock climbing & ziplining; meet & greet sessions with popular cartoon characters; thrilling performances, and a lot more.
Chandrika Behl, Director, Exhibitions India Group, organizers of the Krackerjack Karnival, said “We’re constantly working on innovating and escalating this show to new levels, and that’s why we’ve chosen the Nehru Stadium as the venue for this edition – to give our visitors wider variety, and also launch three new exciting zones: the Maternity and New Born zone, a dedicated School Zone, and a Mother’s Corner.”
The event is a platform to showcase leading brands, along with emerging companies, who provide captivating products, services and activities for children and their parents. The show consists of three main focus areas – the first is the exhibition area that showcases a wide variety of products and services. Previous participants include Pathways Early Years school, British Council, Rasna, Titan, Jabong, Amiown by Amity, Mother’s Pride, Reliance, and Yellow Diamond, to name a few.
Secondly, a workshop arena has been created where kids are encouraged to participate in engaging and educational activities throughout the day. The third, and the main attraction, is the spellbinding stage area with back-to-back performances.
Tickets for the December edition will be made available in advance for sale at the EIG office (217 B 2nd Floor Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase 3), and through bookmyshow.com starting from the 1st week of November, 2014. You can also purchase tickets at the venue on the days of the show.
Furthermore, considering the phenomenal response and demand that the festival has been generating, we are looking at bringing the Krackerjack Karnival to various cities in India. Starting with Ludhiana (Punjab) the first edition is scheduled for 31st Jan -1st Feb, 2015.
