CMMI is a well-known best-practices model used to assess an organization's maturity across its project management, process management, and support activities.

With active assessments of CMMI (DEV) L3 V 1.3, CMMI (SVC) L3 V 1.3, and PCMM L3 V 2.0, DSTWS India joins a select few companies in the world with similar credentials.

The Standard CMMI Appraisal for Process Improvement assessment was conducted by an authorized appraiser from Quality Assurance Institute, India. The appraisal covered DST India's Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) unit along with service-related areas in information technology at DST's Hyderabad location.
