Sandip Foundation Hosts Second International Conference on - 'Mobility of Life: Technology, Telecommunications and Problem Based Learning'
Nashik, Maharashtra, India, Wednesday, March 20, 2013 -- (Business Wire India) -- The educational sector in India is growing and propelling towards benefiting the holistic progress of mankind. From the 14th -16th of March the institution hosted one of the biggest educational seminars on the country- The Second International Conference on 'Mobility of Life: Technology, Telecommunications and Problem Based Learning'. The conference provided a platform for international dissemination workshop for all 'Erasmus Mundus: Mobility for Life' partners and scholarship recipients.
The conference bought in Academicians and Industry Corporates to exchange thoughts on three major topics -

On 14th & 15th March 2013, Prof. Dr. Ramjee Prasad Co-ordinator 'Erasmus Mundus' from Denmark enlightened the experts with his keynote speech. Also present were other renowned personalities like Dr. Nigel Jefferies - Chairman Wireless World Research Forum (Finland), Prof. Thomas Ryberg - Aalborg University (Denmark), Dr. Knud Erik Skouby- Director Center for TeleInFrastruktu Aalborg University (Copenhagen), Dr. Anand Prasad- NEC Corporation (Japan), Prof. Dina Simunic- Uni. of Zagreb (Croatia), Dr. Machima Naradisorn- Asst. President Mae Fah Luang University (Uni. of Thailand), Dr. Debasis Bandopadhyay- Vice President Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (India), Dr. S. S. Inamdar- Secretary Vishvaniketan (India) and Dr. Ashok Chandra- Former Advisor Telecommunication Department (Govt. of India).
On 16th March 2013, a one-day International Workshop on Problem and Project Based Learning was led by Dr. Anette Kolmos- Professor UNESCO Chair in PBL, Aalborg University (Denmark), Prof. Thomas Ryberg- Aalborg University (Denmark) and Prof. Vikas V. Shinde- Doctoral Student, Aalborg University (Denmark).
The three day event provided an interactive platform for experts, scholars, higher education policy makers and private sector parties from Asia and Europe with over 35 key note speakers, 80 delegates for the programme and over 100 delegates for workshop participating in the event.
