Bangalore, Karnataka, India, Tuesday, January 08, 2013 -- (Business Wire India) -- -- Program offered by the 'Ratna School of Banking' is a three month residential program on Banking for graduates

After the successful culmination of the first batch of Ratna School of Banking which was launched on 30^th July, 2012, Ratnakar Bank in association with Manipal Global Education Services (MaGE) has announced the commencement of its 2^nd batch in December 2012 in Bangalore.

This is a three month full time residential program where the participants selected by Ratnakar Bank will be trained on various aspects of Banking, Relationship Management, Economics for Bankers and Retail Banking. In addition to generic management & banking modules, the program will also include training on Finacle , the latest Core Banking System (CBS).

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be awarded a Certificate in Banking & Customer Relationship by Manipal Global Educational Services Pvt Ltd and will be absorbed in the Officer cadre at Ratnakar Bank. Another attractive feature of the program is the monthly stipend of Rs. 10,000, the students earn during the course of their study program. Any graduate with 60% or more marks in the age group of 21-25 years can apply for this program.

This banking program will address the need for quality training of prospective employees at Ratnakar Bank.
