Everest Group's annual 'MPHRO Service Provider Landscape and Capability Assessment' report' highlights Neeyamo's strong advancements in client acquisition and enhanced delivery capability

The ranking was determined by Everest Group's comprehensive evaluation framework PEAK Matrix, which evaluated and classified Neeyamo and 19 other global HRO providers into Leaders, Major Contenders, and Emerging Players based on market success and delivery capability, which is measured by the ability to successfully deliver services in terms of scale, scope, technology capability, and delivery footprint.
