New Delhi, Delhi, India, Monday, March 05, 2012 -- (Business Wire India) -- Arup Gupta and Deepak Marwah, established leaders in the IT Industry with over 30 years of experience each, today announced the launch of D2E Consulting Pvt. Ltd. The company will focus on building a robust operational foundation for mid-tier IT companies globally. D2E offers consulting to companies that have realized staying small may not necessarily guarantee survival; rather, they are in the process of transitioning from a small business to a large business.

D2E will initially focus on consulting IT and ITES companies in areas that demonstrate how companies with great strategic vision and growth strategies can apply a comprehensive operational framework consisting of proven processes from D2E' Process Repository along with appropriate templates and work flows to effectively execute the strategy and achieve their vision. D2E using its SCMEE (Structured Change Management with Extreme Execution) consulting methodology will help companies identify evidence based leakages in their existing processes by doing an assessment to examine whether the existing systems, practices and methods are aligned to corporate strategies and whether they can adapt and accommodate the changes and challenges that are inevitable and offer them an end-to-end watertight framework. Arup's tenure in the Chennai-based organization witnessed four-fold improvement in profitability and 20% annualized year-on-year growth in revenues. Before Polaris, Arup worked with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in various roles, since 1979, and was President, North America, in his last assignment there. He was credited with five-fold growth of the region for the Company in his five-year time span in the US.

Deepak Marwah has been involved in different facets of business in technical, delivery, sales and senior management positions. He has contributed to tier 1 companies like Microsoft, TCS, mid-size companies like Birlasoft, Polaris, Navision and startup's like Dusk valley and S3C.
