Business Process Innovation Guru David Conley Visits India
New Delhi, Delhi, India, Thursday, December 01, 2011 -- (Business Wire India) -- QAI (www.qaiglobal.com), the leading global consulting and workforce development organization, recently announced the visit of world-renowned Innovation Guru David Conley to India. David Conley is on the Executive Board and the Certification Committee of Altshuller Institute, and is President of Intel's TRIZ Association.
David is scheduled to conduct comprehensive and insightful workshops organized by QAI in India on Business Process Innovation (BPI) using TRIZ. These workshops are scheduled to be held in Delhi (December 7-9, 2011) and Bangalore (December 12-14, 2011). BPI is the process of methodically analyzing and solving problems with a primary focus on identifying the correct problem to be solved and then generating innovative solution concepts free from mental inertia. BPI helps organizations identify contradictions that are limiting the level of performance of numerous business and technical systems. Identifying contradictions helps resume performance acceleration by understanding the governing attributes associated with each contradiction and resolving those contradictions. Apart from organizing the workshops, David Conley would also be interacting with industry experts and thought leaders to further the applicability of Innovation across domains.
QAI has a robust Innovation Management practice that derives from the basic principles of the International Association of TRIZ (MATRIZ), and provides Consulting, Trainings and Certifications. David Conley's workshop would further add to the long standing tradition of QAI to act not only as a consulting and training organization, but also as change catalysts and thought leaders across diverse domains.
Commenting on this event, Mr. Navyug Mohnot, CEO, QAI, said, "Years of rigorous research, training and practice in real world projects as consultants, has led to the creation of this program, suited for individuals irrespective of age or industry. David Conley's visit to India and his extensive workshop will add to the knowledge and practical usability of Innovation concepts which will help practitioners remove contradictions and achieve breakthrough in business performance."
