Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, Thursday, September 29, 2011 -- (Business Wire India) -- Lauren Engineers & Constructors, Inc (Lauren) and Jyoti Power Structures (Jyoti) have established a Joint Venture to pursue Engineering, Procurement and Construction projects in India.
