The special recognition award in the 'Best BPO Company' category was given to WNS for its path-breaking efforts in promoting women employment and empowerment. Suchitra Kerkar, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, WNS, received it on behalf of WNS from Vinita Bali, Managing Director, Britannia Industries.
