Citibank Inaugurates New Branch Premises in Ahmedabad
State-of-the-Art Branch Houses Exclusive CitiGold Select Lounge
Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, Thursday, June 24, 2010 -- (Business Wire India) -- Citibank India today inaugurated its new state-of-the-art branch premises in Ahmedabad at Kalapurnam on Main CG Road. The new branch premises were formally dedicated by Mr N. Rajashekaran, Country Business Manager, Consumer and Commercial Banking, Citi India, together with Mr Rahul Soota, Head of Retail & Commercial Banking, Citibank India.
This new branch reflects Citi's global design template that has evolved from a traditional, office-like banking environment to a more intuitive, customer-friendly layout. Consequently, these new premises emphasize enhanced relationships by offering customers a more comfortable and collaborative space in which to conduct business, greater privacy and more effective use of technology. In its new location, the Branch will continue to provide a holistic suite of Citi's products and solutions to both Ahmedabad's retail and institutional clients, including 'Citigold', the Bank's flagship, market-leading wealth management platform for high net worth customers.
Unique to this new Ahmedabad branch is the fact that it is one of the earliest Citibank branches in India to house an exclusive CitiGold Select Lounge. This dedicated space will specially cater to the branch's Citigold clients whose needs are increasingly getting more complex and specific, requiring a higher degree of personalization and specialization.
