126 leading Indian organizations across industries participated this year. Winners were selected in 10 categories across verticals-from BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance), Telecom, Travel and Transportation, Telecom, IT-BPO, Retail, Manufacturing, to Healthcare.
Avaya also instituted an award for Technology Innovation and the first winner of this award is ICICI Bank.
