New Executive Will Lead All Business Operations in India

ICF International, a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, announced that it has named Nitin Zamre to the position of managing director of the ICF International office in New Delhi.
Mr. Zamre will provide strategic direction and leadership for all aspects of ICF's business operations in India. He will build upon a record of success and further develop ICF International consulting business in the areas of power market analysis, resources, climate change, energy efficiency, environmental analysis, transportation, information technology, and social services, including early childhood education.

For the past 10 years, Mr. Zamre was with CRISIL, India's leading credit rating agency, as a member of its infrastructure advisory arm. Most recently, Mr. Zamre was director of the Infrastructure consulting practice for CRISIL Risk & Infrastructure Solutions Limited, and has held leadership positions with the company since 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Zamre was manager of strategic planning and project development with the Reliance Group of Companies, India's largest business conglomerate, from 1990 to 2000.
Mr. Zamre holds a bachelor's degree in technology from the Indian Institute of Technology in Mumbai and a master's degree in financial management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies at the University of Mumbai.
