AIRCEL Signs a Landmark Tower Sharing Agreement with BSNL
New Delhi, Delhi, India, Thursday, October 01, 2009 -- (Business Wire India) -- Aircel became the first operator to sign a passive infrastructure sharing agreement with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL).
