Quoprro Global Wins Indian Embassy Mandate in Greece


Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, Tuesday, September 01, 2009 -- (Business Wire India) -- Quoprro Global Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Cox and Kings India Ltd, will accept visa applications from Greek nationals including third country nationals residing in Greece, applying for Indian visa in Greece. The contract was signed in the presence of His Excellency Dilip Sinha, India's ambassador to Greece and Bharat Jagasia, Chief Operating Officer, Quoprro Global at the embassy.

Speaking on the occasion, Jagasia said, "we have signed a three-year exclusive agreement with the Embassy of India in Greece and this marks our foray into Europe."

Quoprro Global will also provide contact centre services, data entry support to the Indian Embassy. The mandate states that the visa services have to commence operations on or before October 1st 2009.

Visa services will be provided in the following category-transfer visas, tourist visa, transit visa, business visa, student visa, conference visa and medical visa. These visas are valid between six months to a year.

The application centre will be located in Athens very close to the Indian embassy and Quoprro Global will also operate courier service for regions like Thessaloniki, which is the second largest city after Athens in Greece.

Quoppro Global operates such a service for the Indian High Commission in Singapore.
