New Delhi, Delhi, India, Tuesday, September 22, 2009 -- (Business Wire India) -- Jagran Solutions has recently set up its Rural Division to address the marketer's needs to activate emerging Indian markets and consumers. Urban market is reaching towards the saturation point, thus bringing in urgent need to focus on rural development.
