Under its new talent outreach, Dhir & Dhir Associates, a full service law firm, continues to add to the experts on the partnership collegium and strengthen its practice areas in order to meet its aggressive plans for new practices to be developed and new business offices across the country.

Post their Hyderabad office opening, the firm has hired Siva K. Gopinatham to head it along with a team of 3 associates. Siva has over twenty years of experience, and specializes in the areas of Corporate and Commercial laws. He has an all-encompassing experience in the legal industry and has been advising on FDI, M&A and Arbitration related matters over the years. To add on to his stint are, IPR litigation cases involving Trade Secrets, Trade Marks and Copyrights. Prior to joining Dhir & Dhir, he had worked as a Partner with Kochhar & Co and Singhania & Partners in their Hyderabad office.

Dhir & Dhir also rehired KPS Kohli as an Associate Partner in their Delhi office. Kohli joined the legal profession in 2007, and has rich experience in domestic and
international dispute resolution. He has represented various ministries, PSUs, corporate houses and fortune 500 companies in industries such as Telecommunications, Oil & natural gas, Aviation and Banking. KPS Kohli started his career at Dhir & Dhir Associates as an Associate in 2009, and organically grew within the firm hierarchy in a fast track mode to become the Principal Associate. He thereafter moved to Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Co. Delhi, before he came back to rejoin Dhir & Dhir this month as an Associate Partner.
