During this event, the Chief Guest, Dr. Kiran Bedi launched her book “Creating Leadership”. “There are five reasons, why great companies have happy workers: Practice Communication and Trust, Carrier Path, Unique Benefits, Conflict Resolution, Celebrate,” said Ms. Kiran Bedi. “If the companies desired to grow high they have to mull over on their HR strategy and need to cherisha healthy work environment for employees,” she added.
According to Mr. Vivek Bindra, All HR professionals today are confronted with ever increasing employee attrition, deficient of the right human capital strategy, increasing number of disengaged employees, constant escalation of manpower cost, lack of trust … and so on. All these concerns, act as “dead-end” situations, impacting the speed of execution within the organization.
