Saturday, April 16, 2016 11:53AM IST (6:23AM GMT)   Neo Capricorn Pvt Ltd to Terminate the Operating Contract for Courtyard by Marriott in Pune   Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Neo Capricon Pvt Ltd, has announced that they have mutually agreed with Marriott International to terminate the operating contract for the Courtyard by Marriott City Centre in Pune effective from June 10, 2016. Neo Capricorn, the owners of the Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Pune, has also assured stakeholders that the transition will not impact any commitments made by them to customers, staff and other associated partners. This property has been operated by Marriott since July 2011. A spokesperson for Neo Capricorn Pvt Ltd said, “We are also currently in the process of advance negotiations with another reputed hospitality group for the rebranding of the property and will be making an announcement in this regard very soon. We also wish to continue to honour all commitments made to our customers, our employees and stakeholders.
