To celebrate the special occasion of Independence Day, Courtyard by Marriott, Agra brings to you a unique festival showcasing the multicultural cuisines of India called “Flavours of India”. The festival has been designed to explore the nation’s culinary diversity over nine glorious days, culminating in the ‘Grand Independence Day Brunch’ where one can revel in the nation’s gastronomic legacy!
The “Flavours of India” food festival will feature popular cuisines from India including Kashmiri, Punjabi, Awadhi, Mughlai, Rampuri & Hyderabadi. There will be a diverse spread from across the country comprising a lavish buffet, live cooking stations & the finest Indian beverages carefully selected to complement the cuisines of all regions - an exemplary instance of the unity in diversity that is so special to India. The festival will be ongoing at the MoMo Café at Courtyard by Marriott Agra.
MoMo Café is the hotel’s contemporary all day dining restaurant which is warm, welcoming and offers a gastronomic à la carte and the largest buffet spread in Agra.
An array of gourmet delicacies featuring a wide range of Kebabs, Curries, Kormas, Biryanis and Desserts will be available at the festival. There will also be authentic delicacies like Kakori Kebab, Galawati Kebab, Shammi Kebab, Gost Burrah, Murg Barrah, Murg Tikka, Mirza Hasnu, Bong Zafrani Nehari, Murg Awadhi korma, Dum Ki Machli, Yakhni Pulao, Gosht Biryani, Khas Murg Pulao, Yakhni Shorba and Paya Potli Shorba and more at the festival.
The buffet is priced at INR 1,299 plus taxes. The ‘Flavours of India’ Festival is open to everyone- resident as well as non-resident guests.
