The online health insurance tool helps customers to check if they need Health insurance and how much insurance cover they need before they compare and buy health insurance online. The advisor tool addresses a key pain point of majority of customers who are confused about how to start their health insurance research online. It's a free insurance tool optimized for smart phones and desktop users.
Sunmatic Technologies has launched their second “Online Health Advisor Tool” on its portal policyadvisor.in. The one of its kind tool will help users get the right answers related to their health insurance need online in less than 3 minutes. The tool has been developed in-house and uses a sophisticated algorithm based on user inputs. The tool is freely accessible from desktop, tablets as well as mobile phones.
According to Sugeesh Sugathan, Co-Founder & COO, “We receive 100’s of enquiry on our website daily of people looking for the right Health insurance plan and enquiries related to how much health insurance cover they should go for. We saw a major pain point here and started the process to find a solution which could be useful to a large section of users. The tool has been a result of thorough research, our own experiences, help from industry experts & user feedbacks. The biggest pain point of customers is how to arrive on the right health insurance cover. On the internet, there is a lot of information and articles on how to calculate your exact Health Insurance need, but there are hardly any sites that analyse the actual need of customers.
