Cyrus Todiwala was Executive Chef of the Taj Hotels chain, loves all things Goan and speaks Konkani fluently from his days at the Fort Aguada Beach Resort. He was honoured by Queen Elizabeth with an MBE in 2000 and an OBE in 2009, has appeared on multiple television and radio shows and is BBC TV’s Food Personality of the Year 2014. Colin Bussey, Paul Cunningham, John Feeney and Sarah Hartnett, all highly acclaimed chefs and cookbook authors in their respective specialities partnered with Cyrus to serve up a sumptuous meal for donors at the gala charity dinner at Acron Waterfront Resort.
