Alfa Mutual Insurance Co. has partnered with Cigniti Technologies to establish a dedicated Test Center of Excellence (TCoE). This multi-year, multi-million-dollar contract is just the latest step Alfa® is taking to enhance its technology.
“Creating a Test Center of Excellence enables the company to improve the quality of our enterprise applications,” said Alfa Vice President of Quality Assurance (QA) Ron Wilson. “By partnering with Cigniti, North America’s largest independent software testing services organization, we were confident we could create a quality model that focuses on increasing the efficiency and transparency of the entire QA organization. The resulting TCoE will follow our goal of securing proven software testing technologies while maintaining focus on the pressing need to keep the test organization lean and highly optimized. Through Cigniti, Alfa can accomplish both tasks.”
