Hyderabad quartered Dhanush EnggServices India Pvt. Ltd (MEP Centre) inks pact with National Skill Development Council (NSDC) as a Training Partner. An agreement has been just signed between both the organizations towards this effect.
Dhanush has offices in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Delhi, Maharashatra. Soon plan to start offices in Bhopal and Bangalore.
As part of the agreement, Dhanush EnggServices India Pvt. Ltd(MEP Centre) which has been a leader in MEP (Mechanical/HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing) Training space for over 10 years, plans to train nearly 1 lakh students in MEP Sector in next ten years said Chakradhar M Founder and CEO of MEP Centre of Dhanush EnggServices.
We will train 81674 students of which AC Technicians, Electricians and Plumbers (Technicians) will be 44,626 and HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing (Engineers) will be 37,050 informed Chakradhar.
The National Skill Development Corporation India (NSDC) is a one of its kind, Public Private Partnership in India. It aims to promote skill development by catalyzing creation of large, quality, for-profit vocational institutions.
Dhanush will achieve this mammoth task through its 18 centers of which six fixed and 12 mobiles are centers spread across the country.
These fixed centers are located at Hyderabad, Delhi, Thrissur, Pune, Bhopal and Bengaluru informed Chakradhar.
The total project is estimated to be Rs 4.67 crore Chakradhar said.
The potential is vast 40 out of every 100 jobs that exist in construction sector in India today are related to MEP. A huge demand exists in the Middle East Region. True to the words of Shri Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, this is a great opportunity for India to export skilled manpower to overseas.
Today with more and more complex, taller, iconic structures, airports, shopping malls more skilled construction workers are required. The demand for such professionals is huge in fast developing countries.
Three critical aspects of any construction industry today is MEP---that is Mechanical/HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing. Dhanush EnggServices will be providing training in Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC), Electrical and Plumbing, specialization in Design, Drafting, Execution and Maintenance, the qualification for entry into this course would be Diploma / B.E /B.Tech from Mechanical, Electrical and Civil.
We will be giving nearly 50,000 technicians to the MEP industry. Chakradhar informed. With specialization in AC Technician, Electrician and Plumber, the qualification for training these technicians required is only 5th pass or fail.
