AGC Networks Announces 69% Revenue Growth for FY 2011-12


Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, Monday, May 14, 2012 -- (Business Wire India) -- AGC Networks Limited, India's leading ICT Solutions provider and Integrator in Unified Communication, Network Infrastructure, Data Centre, Virtualization and Enterprise Applications and a subsidiary of Aegis Limited, an Essar enterprise, announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year for 2011-12.

Key Financial Highlights
-- Q4 2011 Revenues of Rs. 303 crores with EBITDA of Rs. 41.7 crores at EBIDTA Margin of 13.8%
-- Revenue grew by 56% and EBIDTA by 235% over Q4 2010 - 2011
-- FY 2011-12 Revenues at Rs 998 crores with EBITDA of Rs 108.5 crores at EBIDTA Margin of 11%
-- Revenue grew by 69% and EBIDTA by 107% over FY 2010-11
-- 150% dividend declared of Rs. 15/- per share as compared to 45% last year (including dividend of Rs. 5/- per share (50%) on company completing 25 years)
