CA Technologies Declares Quarterly Dividend


Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, Friday, May 13, 2011 -- (Business Wire India) -- CA Technologies (NASDAQ: CA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular, quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share. The dividend will be paid on June 16, 2011 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 23, 2011.
