Ahsan Ali Syed completes acquisition of Real Racing Club de Santander
Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, Friday, January 21, 2011 -- (Business Wire India) -- The office of Mr. Ahsan Ali Syed, Founder and President of Western Gulf Advisory Asset and Wealth Management (WGA), announced that the acquisition of Real Racing Club de Santander S.A.D. has been finalised today.
The transaction has been officially approved by both the Regional Government of Cantabria and the Consejo Superior de Deportes (Sports Institution at national level) after an intense due diligence process that analysed and approved Syed's strong financial and intellectual capabilities to take the Club forward.
