Frrole announced its groundbreaking innovation in social intelligence – Frrole’s consumer mood analysis technology – which will provide hard to obtain consumer insights to marketers and product owners.

Frrole has combined its expertise in the area of Machine learning with Liz Miller's popular mood analysis framework called Moodmapping one of its kind in the Social Intelligence space to provide real-time data on consumer moods, along with sentiment. This is a significant next step as mood analysis can tell a brand how a consumer is likely to act on a certain feeling, something that brand marketers care for deeply.
 
One of the companies to put Frrole's mood analysis technology to real use is Maxus India. Maxus has launched a tool for its Communications and Content Planning teams called Kaleidoscope, which allows them to factor in real-time mood of the people into content and communication strategy.

Generally social listening products measures conversations happening on social media about a brand or product, but Frrole analyzes these conversations to analyze what is happening truly inside your business. While most Social Analytics and Intelligence products available in the market provide results based on statistics and the first level of NLP, Frrole goes two levels deeper – building semantic context for each topic, and tying it up with information available in the general and historical data sets.
