JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar will celebrate its 1st year anniversary on the 9th & 10th of April, 2016. To celebrate this remarkable milestone, a specially curated brunch buffet would be carved out by our Maestro Chefs. The buffet will feature two major elements one being the Classic brunch buffet on 9thApril and the Signature buffet on 10th April.
These brunch buffets will feature classic preparations from different cuisines from around the globe. On the 9th April – the classic brunch will feature sumptuous Indian delicacies such as Dal Makhani, Nalli Korma and Awadhi Gosht Biryani. The South-Indian section would feature dishes like Appam, Idiyappam, Vegetable Malbar Stew, Meen Alleppey to name a few. The Japanese counter will be offering our classic Prawn Tempura Roll, Spider Roll. Complemented by fresh spices, the Thai buffet will feature Thai Red Curry with Vegetables, Thai Green Curry with Prawns. Western section would consist of Roasted Australian Lamb Leg, Mint Jus, and Chicken-Wild Mushroom Pot Pie. A delectable array of desserts would be served like Cup Cakes, Macaroons, hand crafted Pralines to name a few. The signature brunch on the 10th April will feature the highlights like Tandoori Murgh, Snow Crab Roll, Pesarattu Paniyaram, Roasted Pork Belly, Apple-Cognac Sauce and Classic Eclairs. The interactive session will include sushi making, cupcake and macron decorations.
Apart from this the Bar will feature the craftsmanship of our bartenders who will concoct the drinks to complement the cuisine with a classic touch.
For the entertainment, the hotel will see live performance by The Instrumental String Trio who hails from Russia and consists of a Violinist, Saxophonist and Cellist. This dynamic trio has been performing in Russia and across Europe for over 10 years. They combine experience with charm and present an unforgettable musical evening. The trio will perform a variety of Jazz, Semi classical music and Contemporary Pop. The Alfresco section of JW Café would be converted into a kid’s zone. Kid’s zone will have special activities like face painting, book reading corner, sporty games, arts and other crafts.
