Robosoft Technologies partnered with The National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) to conduct a workshop on ‘Designing Meaningful Mobile Experiences’ in New Delhi on April 20th, 2016. Designers, developers, entrepreneurs and engineers took part in a day-long session covering product design philosophies, user experience principles, as well as design and engineering techniques that are essential to create an app.
According to NASSCOM, the feedback was extremely positive with participants from across Delhi and National Capital Region (NCR) that include Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. Besides, a couple of them took a 6-hour journey from Chandigarh and other nearby towns only to attend this session. ‘Design is rendering intent’ emphasized Dean Gonsalves, National Creative Director of Robosoft Technologies who kicked off the session with an introductory session on the need to see the Big Picture before designs begin.
A team of strategists, designers and engineers from Robosoft then too detailed sessions on deciding the perfect features for launch, delivering an excellent experience across platforms and using coding techniques to better render an app.
‘We plan to make the DesignNext workshops bigger and better as we go along and will look at conducting this in other cities, said Srinidhi Rao, Vice President, Consumer Mobility, at Robosoft.
