At the prime location of Sohna road, the south Gurgaon, Raheja developers has launched independent floors in their smart green township with the affordable prices of Rs. 2500/- Per. Sq. ft. The developer has collaborated with L&T for completing the infrastructure for the township.
 
At the end of 2007, the prices of real estate properties in Gurgaon were not less than Rs. 4000/- per sq.ft. It was a state of surprise for all the developers and investors when Raheja Developers introduced the slashed prices of property at Rs. 2275/- per sq. ft. Those were the times when prices of apartments reached the blatant amount of Rs. 12000/- per sq. ft. After the recession, the real estate sector reached in the great depression and property rates are now hardly Rs. 5000-7000 approx. per sq. ft. It is noticeable that all the property prices are decided by the actual users.
