eKAVACH™, India’s most advanced digital parenting application has brought on board celebrated Indian boxer MC Mary Kom as a partner in its internet safety campaign. The five-time World Amateur Boxing champion and the first Indian woman boxer to win a Gold Medal in the Asian Games in 2014 has joined hands with the company to further its endeavour to provide a safe and friendly digital environment to children. Mangte Chungneijang Mary Kom, popularly referred to as ‘Magnificent Mary’ is a veritable role model in the country today. She is the only Indian woman boxer to have qualified for the 2012 Summer Olympics, competing in the flyweight (51 kg) category and winning the bronze medal. She has also been ranked as No. 4 AIBA World Women's Ranking Flyweight category.
