Only program in India to offer loyalty reward points to Current Account holders & Travel cards
Axis Bank, India’s third largest private sector bank, today announced its eDGE Loyalty Rewards being extended to its Current Account & Travel cards holders, making it a program that rewards customers across their banking relationships. With this initiative, Axis will be the first bank in India to reward loyalty points to Current Account transactions and travel card holders. All Savings bank customers are beneficiaries of this program and customers earn eDGE Loyalty points by maintaining a balance of Rs. 25000 or more.
‘eDGE Loyalty Rewards program‘ was launched in 2013 and it is now a more enhanced program as it offers its customers the opportunity to earn points across their banking transactions – Saving, Spending, Investing or Borrowing. This Bank wide loyalty program is designed to reward customers for every relationship they have with the Bank cutting across savings account, current account, credit cards, debit cards, loans, forex and travel cards.
eDGE Loyalty rewards is integrated with Axis Bank’s Internet Banking, Mobile App and Phone Banking centre and customers earn eDGE Loyalty points on transactions spanning their Savings account, credit cards, debit cards, loans, forex, travel cards and current account. Customers can now earn points every month on Deposits in their savings account that includes salary deposits, ECS and Standing Instructions. Eg: a customer opens a Savings Account with a Debit Card, starts using an Axis Bank Credit Card in 4 months and avails a home loan from the bank in 6 months could earn up to 8000 eDGE Reward points in a year.
