Being one of the leading suppliers of Projector Lamps worldwide – we tried to make customers aware about our wide business offerings, which would be beneficial for them during their course of future business in association with our brand in India. Most of the customers, who don’t have much idea about the low quality products available in the market, were thankful that we were putting efforts in educating the customers first instead of directly selling the product.
“Most of the sellers in the India market never educate the customer about the types of lamps available in the market. Since the demand has to be met by supply accordingly – they end up buying a low cost low value product which in turn they sell to their customer and thus the relationship with their client suffers” – as quoted by the visitor. Customer from northern part of India and some parts of western India were those who were most concerned with being sold low value products.
We feel, since the “shelf life” of this product is not high, it becomes tough for a normal / user or customer to maintain regular stock of these items locally, which in turn disturbs the balance between the Supply and Demand Models. And to fill this gap, there are some resellers available who blindly sell their low value products to the consumers in India.
MyProjectorLamps India is working hard to fill up this gap where in we try to meet the requirements within the appropriate time frames. Also – we are locally managing one of the largest inventories of projector lamps so that the lamps should be immediately shipped to the consumer as soon they make an online / phone / email purchase with us. Having our registered office and warehouse centrally located Pune, India – we wish to cover / deliver to all regions of India within 48-72 hours.
Moreover, we saw the immediate result of our efforts at the show result in a commendation by a well-known national chain of schools in India.
