Samsung Electronics, India’s leading Electronics Company, today unveiled Dynamic Plaza, a state-of-the-art facility for employees, at the Samsung manufacturing unit in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Dynamic Plaza is a part of Samsung’s Dynamic Culture, which promotes employee engagement and efficient work culture. An integral part of Samsung’s ‘Vision 2020: Inspire the World, Create the Future,’ Dynamic stands for ‘Dreams You Need to Achieve through Maximum Innovation & Collaboration.’ Dynamic Plaza will have special facilities for employees including Cafeteria, Dynamic Café, Medical Room, Video Conferencing Room, Technical Lab, Training Rooms etc.
Dynamic Plaza was unveiled in the presence of Shri Alok Ranjan, Chief Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh; Shri Sanjiv Saran, IAS – Principal Secretary – Infrastructure & Industrial Dept., Govt. of Uttar Pradesh; Mr. Joon-gyu Lee, Ambassador of Korea to India; Shri Jiwesh Nandan, IAS – Principal Secretary - IT; Shri Rama Raman, IAS – Chairman & CEO – Noida & Greater Noida Authority; Dr. Preetinder Singh, IPS – Senior Superintendent of Police, Gautam Budh Nagar; Shri Ravinder Zutshi, Deputy MD, Samsung India and Mr. B.D. Park, President & CEO, Samsung South West Asia.

Built on a spacious area spread over two floors, the facilities for employees at the Dynamic Plaza include a Cafeteria with capacity to seat 700 people at a time, Dynamic Café, Medical Room with round-the-clock medical care, Video Conferencing Room with capacity of over 65 people, Technical Lab, Training Rooms etc. The design concept is based on the Dynamic theme, which is represented by the five values of Samsung – Culture, People, Excellence, Change, Co-Prosperity and Integrity, and displayed by five different Samsung colours – purple, red, green, blue and orange. The Dynamic Plaza infrastructure, spread over two floors, includes:

- Cafeteria: Capacity of over 700 people
- Dynamic Café: Snacks outlet
- Medical Room: Six beds facility with round the clock medical care
- EHS Training Room: Safety tools display and training room
- Control Room: Command Center to monitor various alarm systems
First Floor - Dynamic Hall: Video Conference Room
- People’s Hall: Conference Hall
- Excellence Lab: Technical lab
- Change Pad: Training Room
- Integrity Room: Meeting room and mentor office
