Its new Customer Service Centre in Hyderabad was inaugurated on Saturday, April 12, 2014 by Mr Sudhakar, Vice President, Business Development, UAE Exchange, India. The call center, designed at par international standards, is at 3rd Floor, Krishnakunj, Above Indian Bank, Himayathnagar, Hyderabad-500004. Mr N Gopi, Regional Head, Hyderabad and other officials from UAE Exchange were present on the occasion.
Mr Gopi said “Initially the centre will have 24 executives, working in shifts, to ensure best customer experience at the 42 branches that span across Hyderabad, Nizamabad and Rajamundry Regions. The Centre is avowed to resolve any issues related to customer service within 24 hours.”
