Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, Thursday, February 28, 2013 -- (Business Wire India) -- Boosted by the growing need for security products and information in India, the second edition of Secutech India takes place in Mumbai from 28 February to 2 March at the MMRDA Ground, Bandra-Kurla Complex.

This professional exhibition and conference for electronic security, homeland security and fire security is organised by Messe Frankfurt New Era Business Media Ltd (MFNE) and Asian Business Exhibition & Conference (ABEC). Around 130 exhibitors display a wide array of products and solutions which cover the needs of an entire vertical market with product categories that include surveillance, access control, perimeter, biometrics, intercom, fire and safety.

Global Digital Surveillance Forum (GDSF) India to discuss key industry issues

The Indian security market mainly covers video surveillance, access control and intrusion alarms and is currently estimated to be worth around USD 3.5 billion. GDSF India addresses the industry key issues arising from these market sectors.

The forum is divided into sessions focusing on surveillance, system integration and the challenges and requirements of end-users. Speakers are industry experts, such as representatives of well known industry brands and various Indian government departments.
