Neeraj Mital, Senior Managing Director at Evercore Partners Inc., Joins Astonfield Global Advisory Board


Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, Tuesday, December 11, 2012 -- (Business Wire India) -- Astonfield Renewables is pleased to announce the addition of Neeraj Mital to its Global Advisory Board. Neeraj currently serves as Senior Managing Director of Evercore Partners Inc., a New York-based global investment banking advisory and investment management firm.

Mital has twenty three years of experience in principal investing and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Evercore in 1998, he was a Managing Director at The Blackstone Group. From 1989 through 1991, Mital was with Salomon Brothers Inc. Prior to joining Salomon Brothers, he was a CPA with Price Waterhouse. He received a B.S. in Economics with Honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
