New Delhi, Delhi, India, Monday, November 14, 2011 -- (Business Wire India) -- Pitney Bowes India, a part of Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI),the global mailstream technology company is all set to launch the inaugural "InterAct", an annual customer engagement program in India. This initiative will provide a platform for Pitney Bowes India to have direct interface with their customers and to understand their needs better. Pitney Bowes plans to make this an annual initiative with the aim of adding value to its customers - through education, information exchange and feedback.

Conceptualized as an annual Pitney Bowes property, this customer engagement program will see an active dialogue taking place with existing and new customers on trends and challenges in the industry. Through this program, Pitney Bowes is targeting a highly focused group of audience in these verticals: Banking and Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom, Government, Print service providers and Service Bureaus.

The first InterAct Program is scheduled for 18th of November 2011 in Mumbai. It will focus on a highly targeted group of audience like the top Managed Print Service Providers in India. The event is expected to provide an excellent insight into the Customer Communications Management (CCM) life cycle and the latest technologies and solutions available under the Pitney Bowes' CCM range of software and hardware.
