This will be a tech-savvy generation, which will see young leaders who are educated abroad with international exposure and a firm resolve to revitalize Policies and electoral make-up with modern thoughts and pragmatism.

Commenting on the Mega Trends, Sarwant Singh, Partner, Frost & Sullivan explains, "The unique feature of this future watch research program, compared to other predictive programs out there, lies in its ability to not only identify and evaluate emerging megatrends, but to also to translate those opportunities to everyday business and personal life. In other words, we are not just throwing out predictions for the future, but also showing organizations how those predictions present immediate opportunities and threats in the here and now. A critical element of the Mega Trends program is the "Macro to Micro" exercise, which entails taking each Mega Trend, creating scenarios, analyzing impact to a business and designing its future strategy for product and technology planning. In this way, the entire eco system of the Mega Trend will be understood and the most important segment of an organization's value chain will be identified which will redefine its competitive position in the market."

According to Anand Rangachary, Managing Director, South Asia, Middle East and North Africa, Frost & Sullivan, "As India is on the threshold of emerging as the world's 2nd fastest growing economy, Mega Trends can help companies harness this potential to be more proactive and innovative in their growth strategies. With India's advantage of having the largest working population, implementing Mega Trends will definitely put companies on the right path to success."
