Jubilant Signs a Multi Million Dollar Contract to Manufacture an OTC Women Health Product


Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, Wednesday, September 14, 2011 -- (Business Wire India) -- Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd, an integrated Pharma and Life Sciences Company and the largest Custom Research & Manufacturing player out of India announced today that its subsidiary, Jubilant HollisterStier, a leading contract manufacturer in North America has entered into a multi year contract with a leading US pharma company to manufacture a prominent over the counter (OTC) women health and personal care product at its Montreal facility in North America. This is a 'take or pay' contract with a minimum quantity commitment and has a total value of over US $ 70 million for a period of over 4 years with a possibility of extension for another 2 years for a higher quantity. The production of the product under this agreement started at Jubilant HollisterStier manufacturing facility in Montreal, Canada, earlier this month.
