Accudynamics Medical Diagnostic Machine Base Plates Contribute to Accurate Results

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, Friday, July 29, 2011 -- (Business Wire India) -- Accudynamics' precision machined base plates provide a stable foundation for medical diagnostic equipment that contributes to the lifetime of the equipment and the accuracy of its test results.

Inside medical diagnostic machines, samples of liquid or tissue are mixed, sorted, and analyzed with great speed and precision. Accudynamics base plates eliminate flexure or unintended movement, which can cause damage to the machine or produce inaccurate test results that could lead to the wrong medical decision being made.

Accudynamics uses dedicated machinery to manufacture its base plates at for the customer in a cost-effective manner. The products are machined using a Kitamura® bridge manufacturing center with spindle speeds of 22,000 RPM, which allow it to produce large, complex aluminum base plates while holding very tight tolerances. Finished products are checked for accuracy with a Brown & Sharp® coordinate measuring machine utilizing PC-DIMIS® software for direct model comparison, to verify that they will meet customers' requirements.
