Webonise Lab, to Launch "AppBazar", a Mobile App Store for Android Phone Users

Pune, Maharashtra, India, Friday, February 04, 2011 -- (Business Wire India) -- Remember the time when you would huddle with your siblings in a family gathering and play summer games. How about reliving those days with your smart phone?
Webonise Lab, a Pune based Web and Mobile Application Development Company plans to release an India specific mobile App store for Android phone users. The product will be launched under the brand name "AppBazar" and is expected to hit the market by first week of April. AppBazar will be featuring apps like Indian game suite, religious applications like Aarti Sangrah, Indian Panchang and an array of apps catering to Indian taste. What is more exciting is that these apps will also be made available in vernacular languages.

To set the ball rolling, the company has hosted a developer contest to encourage developers to build India specific Android Applications. The Developer contest is targeted to students, freelancers, platform enthusiasts and Android app development community. Organizers are encouraging developers to develop applications around Indian theme and language.
